The deposit is 30% of the total sum.
Check-in from 3 pm, Check-out until 9.30 pm.
In case of late arrival, please give us a call till 6 pm.
On request our local bakery delivers fresh bread (for an extra charge). Also on request we are pleased to prepare a breakfast basket for you.
Depending on the type of apartment from € 45,- to 120,-.

Our comfortable apartments are perfect for kids. On request we provide a children's bed or a high chair (additional bed € 35,- to € 50,-).
Surcharges will be charged for a short-term stays up to 3 nights.
The prices listed above are excl. local tax.
The local tax is € 3,50 (which from 01.11.2023 is € 4,00 per person/day) per person/day all year round. No local tax charge for children under the age of 15.
ÖTZTAL INSIDE SUMMER CARD – Our guests enjoy all highlights of the Ötztal FOR FREE.
From End of May – beginning of October you can use all summer mountain lifts and the valley's public bus lines free of charge – plus free admission to outdoor pools, museums, indoor pool, admission to the AQUE DOME Thermal Spa and many more attractions.

During your stay, free parking is available directly in front of our house.
You're welcome to relax in our sauna daily from 4 pm to 8 pm (except Saturdays).
We provide a heated ski storage room and boots drier.
About 300 metres away from our apartments there is the ski slope down to Giggijoch gondola! In about 500 metres you get to the little ski resort of Innerwald, which is perfect for families with kids and beginners - from there you can reach the Gaislach gondola by skis as well.
4 buses in the morning and in the afternoon are starting from our house (bus stop about 50 metres from our house). Our centre shuttle (about 600 metres) takes you down to the centre of Soelden to all shops, bars and restaurants for free! The carriage is like an elevator cabin which runs on an inclined rail track.
In winter: daily from 9 am to 10 pm
In summer: daily from 8.30 am to 6 pm
Our general cancellation conditions
Autumn - Winter 03.10.2023 - 28.04.2024
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
- Up to 42 days (6 weeks) before the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs.
For cancellations from 42 days to 21 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 40% of the total travel price.
- From 21 days to 14 days before the start of the holiday we charge 70% of the total price.
- From 14 days to 1 day before the start of the holiday we charge 90% of the total price.
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or non-arrival (no show), we will charge the total price.
Towels, bed linen and sauna towels are available. 1 x per week the towels are changed.
We kindly ask our guests to pay cash. The payment can also be made in advance or with ATM card.
